Area 51 Surrounding Land Being Taken By The Government?

The land surrounding the infamous Area 51 is going to be taken by the government if the landowners don't accept their last best deal. They have until Thursday to accept the government's offer of 5.2 million which puts their shares at around 250 thousand per landowner. The landowners say they will reject the offer for now, but the Air Force has said that if they do not accept the deal they will seize the land through condemnation. Area 51 has for a long time been shrouded in mystery and secrecy. The Air Force says that this land purchase is a matter of 'National Security'.
