A friend sent me this photo, is this a ghost ??

This photo was taken, by a friend, during a paranormal, investigation in a private residence in Southern Calfornia.

A noise was heard in the other room and this photo was taken, without seeing anything until going through the photos afterwards.

I will add more info regarding the photo soon.
